A transparency metal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided that the substitute material which does not take the material limit according to the environment regulation can be obtained. A transparency metal manufacturing method comprises the steps of: a step for forming micro pore(110) of the multiple having one-way is successive in the metal base(100); a step for dipping within the chamber(200) which exists to light-transmissive or the fluorescent material is the liquid; a step for being inserted with penetration to the micro pore inside of the metal base; and a step for pressurizing and sintering the metal base in which light-transmissive or the fluorescent material of the liquid is inserted with penetration.
