发明名称 VARIOUS HUMAN DENTAL STEM CELLS HAVING A MINERALIZATION ABILITY AND THE METHOD FOR CULTURING THEM
摘要 A postnatal human tooth stem cell having mineralization ability isolated from human tooth tissue is provided to enable damaged tooth to be regenerated. A postnatal stem cell is derived from dental pulp(DP) having mineralization ability, periodontal ligament(PDL), periapical follicle(PAF) or mandibular bone marrow(MBM). The postnatal stem cell expresses transcription factor Cbfa 1 associated with osteoblast differentiation. The postnatal stem cell expresses LPL which is adipocyte-peculiar transcript. The postnatal stem cell expresses STRO-1, CD29 or CD44 marker of mesenchymal stem cells. The postnatal stem cell is cultivated in an alpha-MEM culture medium wherein 10% of FCS, 50-200 muM of ascorbic acid, 1-10 mM/L of glutamine, 50-200 U/mL of penicillin and 50-200 mug/mL of streptomycin are added.
