A circuit protection element is provided to form the common-mode noise filter and ESD(Electro-Static Discharge) element in to one device and to suppress the common-mode noise and ESD of the electronic device by using the single chip element. Laminate comprises the common-mode noise filter(100) and electrostatic discharge protection circuit(200). The first and second outer electrodes(500,600) are formed in one side and the other side face of laminate. The third outer electrode(700) is formed in the upper side or the lower surface of laminate. The common-mode noise filter comprises a plurality of sheets. Holes are selectively formed in each sheet. Holes are filled with the inner electrode, and the coil pattern and conductive material.
