An automobile safety belt is provided to prevent an occupant's safety in a back seat in unexpected event occurrence by including a shock damping belt coupled in the bottom of a control device. An automobile safety belt comprises: a frame(10) coupled inside a vehicle ceiling; a control device(20) coupled in the frame; a shock damping belt(30) coupled in the bottom of the control device; a seat belt(40) coupled with the lower left/right parts of the shock damping belt; a loop(41) coupled in the end of the seat belt; and a buckle(50) combined in the loop and a driver's seat.
