Crystallized hybrid material with organic-inorganic mixed matrix containing a network of zinc based metallic centers, connected to each other by organic ligands of terephthalic acid, having a diagram of X-ray diffraction including the rays listed: d-hkl (8.81-45.19), 2 theta ([deg] ) (2-10.03) with intensity (l/lo), is claimed. An independent claim is included for a process for preparation of the organic-inorganic mixed solid crystallized matrix comprising dissolving a zinc precursor made of anhydrous zinc dichloride and terephthalic acid in an organic solvent; mixing 2-methylamine in the water; optionally mixing two previous solutions; crystallizing; and filtrating, washing and drying the obtained product.
