<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a highly efficient radio resource control by securing precise radio transmission qualities reflecting the reduced width of the maximum allowable transmission rate reported by a radio base station Node B. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a radio resource control method for controlling a radio resource for transmitting user data by a mobile station through an uplink, which includes steps of: sending from a radio base station, a signal indicative of a reduction of a maximum allowable transmission rate of the user data signaled to the mobile station connected to the radio base station, to a radio network controller; and controlling, in the radio network controller, the radio resource, based on the reported signal indicative of the reduction of the maximum allowable transmission rate of the transmitted user data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
