<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vide processing device and a method that allow a target body in a video to be detected efficiently, and a recording medium thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The processing device comprises: a detection part 110 for detecting a pixel value of a peripheral pixel adjacent to an object pixel for labeling conversion among the pixels of a binary-coded image that belong to a conversion matrix region for labeling conversion; and a labeling part 120 for imparting a label value different from the already imparted label value to the object pixel when there exists only a value indicating a binary-coded image in the value of the peripheral pixel, and imparting a label value that exists in the peripheral pixel to the object pixel when there exists a label value in the value of the peripheral pixel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
