<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient brushless electrical machine in which the configuration of a control circuit is simpler than before. <P>SOLUTION: A first moving member has a magnet aggregate (20) including at least one permanent magnet pair (10pair) and a second moving member includes an electromagnetic coil (30). The control circuit controls power supply to the electromagnetic coil (30) or power regeneration from the electromagnetic coil (30). The permanent magnet pairs (10 pairs) produce the strongest magnetic field that is along the direction (MD) of magnetic field on a homopolar contact face (10c) where first poles are in contact with each other and goes from the center of the permanent magnet pair outward.
