The support (6) has a tension belt (10) with elastic part strongly pre-stressed in a variable manner so that the elastic part is fixed eventually at a fixing point. Lighting conditions during reading are optimized by clamping a light source i.e. battery-operated LED device. The support is screwed at a wall with a wall holder (1). The tension belt is fixed in a detachable manner at the wall holder beyond a centre of rotation (4b). The support is interposed in the wall holder by a sliding connection, and the tension belt is suspended at the wall holder.
