PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is undeniable that an environment, where an establishing person of a home page personally and voluntarily demands and obtains the disclosure effect of information as a person concerned, is lacking since the implementation of the environment for allowing the establishing person to certainly feel the effect that the home pages have been enlarged as important media for supporting information activities depends on the development of a retrieval technique to be provided mainly to an information use side or the storage of know how to retrieve, apart from so called the use of an Internet advertisement. SOLUTION: The establishing person of the home page is allowed to freely select a category suitable for the information as the person concerned without putting the disclosed information into a retrieval waiting state by way of a top page, etc., to announce the disclosure, and to introduce the content, thereby widely stimulating the tangible and potential demands to the information. The user is allowed to select the category, to efficiently retrieve required information, on the basis of preliminary information to be introduced by the establishing person, and to directly browse a page with the information posted thereon.
