PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling method of a prefabricated cable capable of obtaining a prefabricated cable which enables each tension member to be tensioned. SOLUTION: A prefabricated cable 100, wherein a plurality of tension members are arranged in a sheath in parallel, is prepared. The prefabricated cable 100 is sequentially dropped onto a fixed tray 160 from one end, and wound on the tray in such a manner that substantially one-time twist per winding of the prefabricated cable 100 is introduced into the cable. In the construction of the cable, the cable 100 is pulled out upward from the side of the other end so that the twist of the introduced cable 100 is untreaded.
