PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing with a sensor for wheels capable of accurately detecting a load on a wheel without being affected by hysteresis. SOLUTION: The bearing with a sensor for wheels includes an outer member; an inner member; and double-row rolling elements and has a flange (protrusion pieces) for vehicle mounting to be mounted to a knuckle in the outer circumference of a fixed-side member. A sensor unit has both a distortion generating member having two contact fixed parts or more fixed to an outer-diameter surface of the fixed-side member and one notch part or more and a sensor for detecting distortions of the notch part of the distortion generating part. The sensor unit is provided in such a way that the contact fixed parts may come to positions of the same size in an axial direction to the outer-diameter surface of the fixed-side member. The contact fixed parts have an open angle on the axis of the fixed-side member and are installed in such a way that the angle between the contact fixed parts provided for both ends of the sensor unit may be half or less than the angle between the protrusion pieces adjacent to each other of the fixed-side member.
