PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently specifying a position of land mine in a short time when retrieving land mines buried in a wide minefield. SOLUTION: The buried object position specifying device includes: radio part-mounted bury objects 30 (30A-30D) transmitting buried object identifiers when a radio wave is received; a master station device for sending own position information, a radio wave transmission time, the buried object identifier, and a buried object identifier reception time; a plurality of slave station devices temporally synchronized with the master station device and transmitting own identifier, own position information, a buried object identifier, and a buried object identifier reception time; and a position specifying device for specifying a position of the radio part mounted bury object based on the slave station device identifier, the slave station position information, the buried object identifier, and the buried object identifier reception time of the slave station device received from the plurality of slave station devices, and the master station device position information, the buried object identifier, the buried object identifier reception time of the master device, and a radio wave transmission time of the master station device received from the master station device.
