PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery prevention layered product which comprises an optical device including a relief structure in which the relief structure and a relief effective layer are accurately arranged, is inexpensive, has high productivity and can provide a visual effect excellent in decorativeness, to provide a forgery prevention transfer foil, a forgery prevention seal and a forgery prevention medium to provide a manufacturing method of the forgery prevention transfer foil, the forgery prevention seal and the forgery prevention medium, and to provide manufacturing equipment of the forgery prevention layered product. SOLUTION: The forgery prevention layered product is constituted by laminating in order: at least a relief structure forming layer 2; a relief structure part 3 partially disposed on one side of the relief structure forming layer 2; a bank part 4 partially disposed on the same surface so as not to be superimposed on the relief structure part 3; a relief structure-surrounded part 5 which is surrounded by the bank part 4 and includes the relief structure part 3; and a relief effective layer 6 which comprises an optical thin film disposed so as to cover only the relief structure-surrounded part 5 and reflects at least a part of light transmitted by the relief structure forming layer 2.
