<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage supply circuit which can generate and output, at high speed and with high degree of accuracy, a supply voltage within a regulated voltage with a small voltage margin. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage supply circuit includes a plurality of current drive circuits, arranged in parallel with a current supply line, and each circuit supplies current from a power supply to the current supply line. The current drive circuits each are provided with a standard voltage different from one another, compare a reference voltage generated according to a voltage produced across a load resistance with each of basis voltages, and stop a corresponding current supply when the reference voltage exceeds each of standard voltages. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
