USE CHARGE MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate transition to a desired provision agent by setting the priority of the provision agent.

SOLUTION: This use charge management system for managing the use charge of a service to be provided by a plurality of provision agents of a public service is provided with: a medium 109 having information related with the priority of the provision agent to be used for every service; a control device 107 for determining the provision agent to be used on the basis of information related with the priority of the medium 109; a contract management center server 105 for receiving and storing information related with the contract with the determined provision agent from the controller 107; and a contract management server for receiving the information related with the contract from the contract management center server, and for performing the processing of the contract based on the information related with the contract.
