<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microstamping method used for a photoelectric step. <P>SOLUTION: A stamp, pigment, a pigment tank and a base material are prepared, and the stamp or the pigment tank is provided with a prescribed projecting pattern, the pigment is one of pigment groups constituted of red, green and blue pigment. The pigment is applied on the stamp in the pigment tank, and the prescribed pattern is stamped on the base material. The microstamping method comprises a coloring step, a positioning step, a pattern transfer step and a pattern solidifying step, and all of three kinds of pigment, that is, red green and blue pigment are solidified on the prescribed position of the base material surface by overlapping the aforesaid steps. This technology is applicable to a manufacture of filter for a color liquid crystal display, and to a related step of components such as a photoelectric thin film of a low molecule sequence organic light emitting diode, a macromolecule sequence light emitting diode and other components having a micro structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
