PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply fluid to the other rotary member from one rotary member, by forming the rotational center in a hollow shape, by connecting a pair of rotary members by ring-shaped seal members. SOLUTION: This fluid connection structure in a rotary mechanism is constituted by forming a second through-hole 9, a ring-shaped hollow hole 10 and a third through-hole 12 in the second rotary member 4, by rotatably joining the second rotary member 4 to the first rotary member 1 having a first through-hole 3 via the ring-shaped seal members 5 and 6.
