A message route method, system, device and a selecting backup resource method, system. The message route method includes: updating each node busy index for every preset interval; selecting a receiving message node according to the Distributed Hash Table Algorithm and the node busy index, and transmitting the message to the selected receiving message node. The message route system includes a transmitting node device and a routing node device. The selecting backup resource method includes: a status issuing node broadcasting the node busy index to other nodes in a multicast group; a backup resource selecting node selecting an agent node according to the received node busy index. The selecting backup resource system includes: a status issuing node device and a backup resource selecting node device. According to a node busy index in a reference route table, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention selects the receiving message node, coordinates load distributed among the nodes, and prevents the network congestion.
