PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a double raschel warp-knitted fabric nearly equivalent in stretchability in the course direction and the wale direction to each other, and comfortable to sit on when used as an upholstery fabric. SOLUTION: A base knitted fabric of the double raschel warp-knitted fabric is constructed with multiple kinds of ground yarns. All of the multiple kinds of ground yarns A1, A2, B1 and B2 are divided in two groups P and Q having opposite directions moving to the respective course directions, and the ground yarns are moved by 1S(wale) or more in the respective course directions to form needle loops 11. In this base knitted fabric, all of the multiple kinds of ground yarns are constituted of either or both of polyethylene terephthalate filament yarns, and polytrimethylene terephthalate filament yarns, wherein the polyethylene terephthalate filament yarns and the polytrimethylene terephthalate filament yarns are used as one or more kinds of the ground yarns, respectively.
