PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "digital broadcast receiver" capable of improving convenience to a user by suitably selecting an organization channel to be presented when a physical channel is selected. SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiver 100A has a function of selecting a physical channel on the basis of an operation of a physical channel up/down key for sequentially selecting physical channels constituted having a plurality of organization channels and a function of presetting the physical channels and the organization channels corresponding to the physical channels. The digital broadcast receiver includes a specified organization channel selection means of selecting an organization channel preset according to a physical channel selected on the basis of the operation of the physical channel up/down key as an organization channel to be presented when the physical channel selected on the basis of the operation of the physical channel up/down key is already preset.
