PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings providing favorable operability and favorable appearance, and capable of suppressing a manufacture cost. SOLUTION: A regulating member 10 is provided, supported to freely slide between an insertion position wherein it is inserted in a gap between a sash 3 and a pivot side of a window frame 2 when the sash 3 provided to freely open and close in the window frame is opened just a predetermined angle, and a retreat position retreated from the gap. Since the regulating member 10 slid to the insertion position abuts on the sash 3 and regulates turning of the sash 3, favorable operability is provided, and the regulating member 10 is not exposed in response to opening and closing operation of the sash 3 to provide favorable appearance. Since turning of the sash 3 is regulated by abutment of the sash 3 and the regulating member 10, the regulating member 10 can be manufactured by material with small rigidity, the number of parts of the regulating member 10 can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
