A steering bearing embodied in the form of an angular ball bearing (1) is provided with an intermediate element (9) which bridges the radial gap between a steering shaft (4) and the inner ring (6) of the angular ball bearing (1). According to the invention, the intermediate element (9) is made of a conductive material and the end thereof is provided with means which radially engage with the angular ball bearing (1) from the rear. Retaining means are disposed on the other end thereof. Said means rest on the steering shaft (4).
