PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen analyzer capable of suppressing provision of an analysis result having low reliability. SOLUTION: This urinary physical component analyzer (specimen analyzer) 1 is equipped with a measuring part 2 for measuring a urinary physical component by using a reagent, a display part 32 for displaying an analysis result, a reagent exchange screen SC7 for receiving input of Reagent Code 100a, and a CPU 31a for controlling operation on analysis based on the received Reagent Code 100a.
