<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ETC (Electronic Toll Collection System) electronic coupon acquisition and use system allowing guidance to a store or a facility wherein an electronic coupon can be used and the use of the electronic coupon to improve a satisfaction degree or convenience of a driver or a fellow passenger by acquiring the electronic coupon according to toll collection of an ETC, making a user select a position of the store or the like wherein the electronic coupon can be used as a route guide destination of a car navigation device, and transferring the electronic coupon of the selected store or the like to a mobile terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The car navigation device 13 acquires the electronic coupon according to the toll collection of the ETC, and makes the user select the position of the store or the facility wherein the electronic coupon can be used as the route guide destination of the car navigation device 13.
