<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately input drugs which are easily mistaken due to their similar designations. <P>SOLUTION: This medial examination information registration device is provided with: a medical examination information file for storing the medical examination information of patients; a drug master file for storing unique codes, designations and data for retrieval of every drug; a retrieval means for reading matched drug data by retrieving the drug master file based on retrieval instruction data input by an input means; a list display means for displaying the retrieved drug data as a list at a display means; and a prescription input screen display means for displaying a prescription input screen with the drug selected and instructed by a user from the displayed list as registration objects. The drug master file further stores similar name information for associating the mutual drugs whose designations are similar, and the prescribed input screen display means displays and outputs the information showing that there exists the drugs whose designations are similar by associating it with the drugs by referring to the similar name information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
