<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service matched with the characteristics of a game hall for a parking charge to a customer in the game hall. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A play information input device 25 provided in each Pachinko stand 21 and an out meter 22 are connected. When an IC (integrated circuit) card 10 is inserted to the play information input device, in a control part 30, a play time counting part 31 starts counting play time as points after the number of out balls counted by the out meter becomes a prescribed number. A free parking time calculation part 32 converts the points to free parking time and stores it in a cumulative time storage part 35. Then, the result is written to the IC card at every prescribed interval of time through an interface 36. After playing, when the IC card is pulled out and inserted to a reader at a parking lot exit, the contents of the IC card are read, the free parking time is given as the service, and thus a player plays without worrying about the parking charge at ease.
