PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a coating and processing method of a fluorine-based compound by which the processing on site can be done and which solves the problem that the processing on site is unstable and can not be easily processed owing to the characteristics of the liquid coating agent because it has a very unique structure. SOLUTION: The surface treatment method comprises raising the boiling point by adding glycol ethers to a fluorine-based compound that is produced using a silane coupling agent, and then coating it on the surfaces of inorganic substrates such as pottery surfaces, porcelain surfaces, glass surfaces or the like of sanitary wares, general furniture or the like only at one time towards one direction.
