The element has a structure comprising a passivation material (4) that contains a drying agent. The drying agent is mixed into the passivation material, where the passivation material is electrically insulated. The structure has a layer, and a line with a layer thickness between 20 nanometer (nm) and 5000 picometer (pm). The drying agent is provided in a concentration of 3 to 80 weight percentage, where the drying agent is homogeneously distributed in the passivation material that contains epoxide, polyimide, clay, minerals and acrylates. The agent contains calcium oxide and/or zeolite. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an organic electronic element.
