PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a filter unit at a predetermined position in an enclosure without causing any damage and exfoliation of a gasket. SOLUTION: The filter device is provided with the filter unit 7 having the gasket 19 mounted on the circumferential part of one aperture in a frame body 15 that supports a filter 17 and the enclosure 5 that accommodates the unit 7, and the unit 7 is inserted from a side face of the enclosure 5 and is supported through the gasket 19 at the circumferential part of the aperture for air circulation in the enclosure 5, a sliding surface 27 on which a slide member 9 that protrudes from both face sides of the body 15 is formed on two guide members 11 that are extended and provided on both sides in the insertion of the unit 7, the surface 27 whose height is decreased in the insertion direction of the unit 7, and the surface 27 is formed so as to allow the gasket 19 to contact the circumferential part of the aperture for the air circulation at an advancing end position of the filter unit.
