PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for feeding a dipping liquid for tire cords, which has a simple structure and is capable of surely feeding a definite amount of the dipping liquid at a low cost and to provide a method for feeding the dipping liquid. SOLUTION: The apparatus 2 for feeding a dipping liquid for tire cords includes a dipping liquid feeding tank 21 to store the dipping liquid 10, a dipping bath 11 to perform the dipping treatment of tire cords and placed at a level lower than the feeding tank 21, and a feeding pipe 22 for feeding the dipping liquid 10 from the feeding tank 21 to the dipping bath 11. The dipping bath 11 is opened to the atmosphere, the feeding pipe 22 has an ejection port 23 to feed the dipping liquid 10 into the dipping bath 11, and the ejection port 23 is positioned at a preset level of the dipping liquid face 15 in the dipping bath 11.
