PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malodor inside a drum of a washing machine from being discharged into the interior in a heating course. SOLUTION: When the heating course is set, a drying fan 45 is operated while an air-conditioning fan 52 is operated. Accordingly, air out of a main duct 31 is sucked into the main duct 31 through a bypass inlet 50, and is blown into a water tub 8 via the main duct 31 and a rear duct 47 one after another. Since the air stream in the opposite direction from the direction of blowing of the air-conditioning fan 52 is generated both inside the main duct 31 and the rear duct 47, malodor in the drum 10 is prevented from being discharged together with hot air through the rear duct 47 and the main duct 31 one after another into the interior from an outlet 57 of an outer casing 1.
