A molding device is provided to improve the productivity by reducing an injection molding cycle time as the fluidity is improved by the quick cooling and quick heating. A molding device comprises: a heater(110) in which the power source is applied while heating a first mold, arranged in the rear side of a cavity(C0); and a cooling water hole(120) in which the cooling water is injected when cooling the first mold, located in the rear side of the heater. The cooling water hole and the heater are alternately arranged toward the cavity surface as the cooling water hole is positioned between the adjacent heaters.
