摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger of a power storage mechanism, which can stop charging only during the time required for solving factors of interrupting charging. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including a step (S110) of interrupting discharging; and a step (S150) of opening an SMR as a relay provided between a battery and an electric system if an elapsed time after the interruption of charging is not less than a standby time defined in accordance with a combination between the output state of a connector signal CNCT and the output state of a pilot signal CPLT (YES in S122, YES in S132 and YES in S142). The connector signal CNCT is output when a connector of a charging cable is connected to a connector equipped on a plug-in hybrid car. The pilot signal is output while the plug of the charging cable is connected to an outlet, i. e. an external power supply, and the connector is connected to the connector equipped on the plug-in hybrid car. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
