LIQUID FEEDER AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING LIQUID FEED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeder for feeding an electrolyte-containing fluid into a flow passage, wherein the liquid is allowed to be fed while being divided by a fixed amount.

SOLUTION: The fluid F is fed while a valve part 11 on the flow passage 10 is changed to have hydrophilicity from hydrophobicity by applying voltage to electrodes 13, and the fluid F is divided by a fixed amount by introducing outdoor air into the valve part 11 from a ventilation part 14 while the valve part 11 is changed to have the hydrophobicity by stopping impression of the voltage.
