<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to mount a portable digital camera carried with him/her easily in a monitoring device for a computer device. <P>SOLUTION: A male screw 9 having the same diameter and pitch as those of a screw for fixing the camera used in a tripod cover for the digital camera is provided to protrude in an upper end part of a frame 7.
