PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device which is excellent in vibration reduction effect of a storage medium and a slider. SOLUTION: A disk device 100 has a case 102 housing a plurality of disks 104, a plate 110 fixed to the case 102 and arranged over an entire periphery between adjacent two disks 104, a plurality of sliders 130 with heads 132 recording or reproducing information in respective disks mounted thereon, and a plurality of arms 142a with sliders 130 mounted on only one side to move the sliders 130.
