PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing tool for water cutoff capable of testing by being installed simply without having an influence on a mounting state of a flexible water cutoff member for cutting off water on a joint part, having no residue of testing pressurizing fluid after the test, and applicable to not only the case of a bolt type to be mounted directly with an anchor bolt but also a boltless type to be mounted indirectly through a fixing arm member. SOLUTION: This tool is equipped with a tool body 21 forming a fluid chamber 21a on a water cutoff part of the flexible water cutoff member 3 with a body 1 by abutment on the side face of the flexible water cutoff member 3, and having a fluid supply hole 21b formed thereon for supplying the testing pressurizing fluid to the fluid chamber 21a; a side face sticking mechanism 22 for sticking the tool body 21 onto the side face of the flexible water cutoff member 3; and a bottom part sticking mechanism 26 for sealing the fluid chamber 21a by sticking the tool body 21 onto the body 1.
