PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of the hopper of a medicine packing machine capable of being miniaturized and shortening the charging time of a nozzle into the hopper. SOLUTION: The cleaning device of the hopper of the medicine packing machine is constituted so as to charge the medicine, which is received by the hopper 4 for receiving the medicine from a medicine supply part, to packing paper from the opening part provided to the lower end of the hopper 4 to seal the same by the packing paper and equipped with the nozzle 9 charged in the hopper 4 from above through a first drive mechanism to spray air. The nozzle 9 is attached to the movable body 14 made freely movable by a second drive mechanism so as to be allowed to approach and leave the hopper 4, and the plate 19 for closing the upper end of the hopper 4 before the nozzle 9 is charged in the hopper 4 by the first drive mechanism is integrated with the movable body 14.
