Provided is an image projecting device capable of making an image visible without any complicated operation. The image projecting device displays an image containing a predetermined object image which is produced on the basis of object information contained in image information. The image projecting device has a rotation region set for rotating a predetermined object image. The image projecting device moves the object image projected on a projection plane, in response to a predetermined moving instruction, and rotates the object image by a predetermined angle in case it is decided that the moved object image has moved to the rotation region.
