A heat radiating device of a refrigerator is provided to compactly maintain a machine room and to perform the enough heat dissipation for a condenser and the machine room. A heat radiating device of a refrigerator comprises: a condenser case(10) posted at the rear side of a case of the refrigerator in order to cover the condenser, connected with one side of a machine room; and a fan(61) separately placed from a part in which the machine room and the condenser case are connected with a specific interval. The external air is flowed into the machine room through the fan. The air heat-absorbs while passing through the machine room. The heat-absorbed air passes to the condenser case in order to be ejected outside.
