A method for weaving 3D orthogonal fabric consecutively and an apparatus therefor is provided to remove weaving defects generated by conventional linear type rapier and to weave the 3D orthogonal fabric of more minute unit structure. An apparatus for weaving 3D orthogonal fabric consecutively includes a plurality of linear type rapier(20) coming and going according to one axis of an X axis and an Y axis on an orthogonal plane after inserting the rapier between a plurality of Z axis rods(10) and a plurality of ±‘ type rapier(30) coming and going according to other axis of the X and the Y axis.
