A form transfer device and a mold transfer method using the same are provided to make the transfer of the mold evne in the space which is relatively small and narrow like a tunnel regardless of the weather. A form transfer device and a mold transfer method using the same comprises a guide rail(40) which is supported in order to be seperable from the wall and ceiling and is installed at the wall or ceiling in order to be extended side by side, a sheathing board(20) which is connected to a pair of guide rail in order to be movable and forms an installation space(S) on the interval, and a turn buckle which fixes separably the sheathing board to the surface or the wall.
