Provided is a functional salad sauce using medicinal herbs and Ulmi radicis cortex, which has antiphlogistic effects, antioxidant effects and anticancer effects. A functional salad sauce using medicinal herbs and Ulmi radicis cortex comprises the following steps of: concentrating the medicinal herbs after a heat-extracting process for the medicinal herbs; concentrating the Ulmi radicis cortex after the heat-extracting process for the Ulmi radicis cortex; and mixing the medicinal herbs concentrate and the Ulmi radicis cortex concentrate to seasoning sauce to obtain the functional salad sauce. The medicinal herbs concentrate is obtained by hot-water extracting: the each 2-4g of Glycyrrhiza Radix, Lycii Fructus, Crataegus pinnatifida, Schizandrae Fructus, Fructus Aurantii Immature and Gastrodiae Rhizoma; the each 3-5g of Zizyphi Fructus, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Cinnamomi Cortex and Astragali Radix; and the 4-6g of Radix Puerariae, Angelica Radix, Codonopsis Pilosulae Radix, Paeoniae Radix, Pachymae fungus, Adenophorae Radix, Atractylodes japonica, Prepared Rehmannia Root, Ginseng Radix and Cnidium root. |
