An opening detection device and a rotary type check valve including the same are provided to evaluate the open angle without a correction process. An opening detection device comprises: a magnetic field detection sensor producing a plurality of sine wave signals with the magnetic field detected from a magnetic material; an open angle output unit(130) producing the opening angle of a valve disc with the sine wave signals outputted from the magnetic field detection sensor; and an operation unit(140) computing the acceleration and opening angle of the valve disc with the sine wave signals.
