The device has conductive supply lines (102-1-102-m, 104-1-104-m) supplying a given supply potential (Vdd) and a given reference or mass potential (Vss), respectively, where the potentials serve as polarization potentials of supply voltage regulator elements (110-11-110-mn, 120-11-120-mn). The supply lines are connected to an array of elementary cells (100-11-100-mn) i.e. electromagnetic radiation sensor pixels. The regulator elements are connected between the cells and the supply lines, respectively, and apply adjusted polarization supply or reference potentials to the respective cells. |
