A flat spring and a voice coil motor using the same are provided to improve a flexibility of a flat spring by loading a part of stress due to an elastic deformation of a spring arm in a curved part. A flat spring(230) includes a fixing frame(231) and a spring arm(232). The fixing frame has a first connection part(2311). The spring arm includes a spring arm main body(2321), a first curved part(2322), and a second curved part(2323). The first curved part is installed in one end of the spring arm main body, and is connected to the first connection part of the fixing frame. The second curved part is formed on the other end of the spring arm main body, and is formed on one end extended into the fixing frame from the spring arm main body. The first curved part and the second curved part are faced each other.
