METHOD OF VENEER BOARD USEING THE SMALL-WOOD

A plywood manufacturing method is provided, in which the economic benefit can be obtained in manufacturing the plywood by connecting the cut single panel using the hot melt adhesive. A plywood manufacturing method using the residual wood comprises: a timber selection and veneer log cutting process; a single panel strengthening process for repeating the process of drying in drier for 2~5 hours after dipping in water for 1~3 hours; a punching process for performing punching using the perforation device; a hot melt adhesive cutting process; a connection board manufacturing process for connecting the punched single panel; a lamination process for laminating the connected single panel between two general single panels; and a pressing process.
