Provided is specified synthetic nucleic acid molecules codon-optimized for high level expression in a human cell and encoding specified human HER2/neu protein. Further provided are vectors and host cells comprising the said molecules and use of the said materials in the preparation of a medicament for preventing or treating HER2-associated cancer.
