An air control damper for internal combustion engine is provided to improve combustion efficiency, to control the air intake amount of igniter conveniently, and to make the exhaustion of toxic gas smooth. An air control damper for internal combustion engine comprises a housing(100) in which an intake hole(110) is formed on the top and an opening(120) is formed on the bottom, an intake fan(200) pivotally combined inside the housing, and a rotary plate(300) in which an intake control hole(310) corresponding to the intake hole is formed and which is selectively rotated on the upper side of the housing and controls the size of the intake hole with a intake control hole, and a joint member(400) detachably combined in the opening of the housing, including a pipe line in which the air inhaled to the inside of the housing is delivered to the inside of a burner.
